Francesca graduated from Chiropractic College in 2008 and drove back to her native Scotland on a one-woman mission to change the lives of children and families. She genuinely believed there would be a queue of families waiting for her. There wasn't.

She wasn't short on qualifications. She'd gained her CACCP, mastered adjusting complex cranial issues, trained in tongue-tie assessment, travelled internationally to learn from the best and much more in the field of paediatric care. And yet, she was still seeing way more adults than kids.

"I was highly book-smart when it came to paediatric chiropractic, but wasn't practice-smart. I needed to get better at implementing what I knew."

At her lowest point, she ordered a prospectus from Glasgow Medical School. She was ready to walk away from chiropractic entirely. Something stopped her, a deep knowing in her heart and her hands that she could help children, and that Chiropractic was an incredible method for doing this.

As a last-ditch attempt she threw everything into making her family practice work. Not to study more theory, but to master implementation. She studied communication, marketing, therapeutic presence, safety and how to build trust and relationships and began to gradually implement. Within a year, her diary was full. She recruited associates. Her practice won a national award. Other chiropractors began calling asking to learn from her. CoreHealth Academy was born.
